Descriere:	Job description: You will be in charge of delivering our WAP/ WEB site solutions to our clients. This involves: - setting up new sites using our internal framework; maintaining them as well as the existing sites and systems; - implementing billing systems and working closely with our clients in delivering bug-free and state-of-the-art solutions for them. - communicating with other teams all over the world to acquire the information needed to complete a project or task. Responsibilities Supervise a growing team of PHP developers and ensure the perfect completion of E-commerce projects – WAP and WEB shops and sites. Support the business team by ensuring the bug-free and on-time delivery of game selling platforms (sites, applications). Main objectives • Plan and manage E-commerce projects and requests coming from the Business team • Ensure the completion, testing and delivery on deadline of PHP / MySQL applications for WAP and WEB • Manage development resources in various countries – task assignments, organization, evaluation and motivation of the team members • Report the status of all projects to the Business team • Monitor and prevent short and long term issues, optimize the team’s efficiency.
