Descriere:	The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home), and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from our headquarters in the UK. You will need to possess a very good command of English, as well as Italian or French (native level speakers preferred). You will also need to be highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft’s Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and broadband internet connection.

Cerinte:	Experience with direct customer contact over the phone is preferred. You will be responsible for responding to our clients’ enquiries, as well as liaising with our language teachers to organise language courses. We will be providing an excellent package with an average income of $USD 650 per month for 7.5 hours of work per day, with 4 weeks of holiday a year.
