Descriere:	The opened positions are Developer and Consultant for a new company in Timisoara, coming from Denmark: As a TIA developer you will develop technical TIA components and add-ons. You will join a team that implements TIA at an insurance company or work directly for TIA Technology. You will be the expert that supports the client in software architecture decisions regarding concrete TIA components. TIA experience We are looking for experienced TIA developers that have been working on developing TIA components in PL/SQL at an insurance company or for a consultancy. We are also looking for experienced PL/SQL developers and architects that will be trained in TIA. What we expect from you Your analytical skills are good and you have a minimum of 3 years experience with PL/SQL development. You are able to structure your work and make architectural decisions regarding software components that are deployed as part of a scalable business solution. As a TIA consultant you will be working in teams that implements TIA at an insurance company. You will be the expert within one or more of the functional or technical areas of TIA (Policy, Account, Claims, Batch etc.) and you will advise and support the client in regards to the design and implementation of best practice insurance processes. TIA experience We are looking for experienced TIA consultants that have been working in TIA implementation projects for an insurance company or for a consultancy. We are also looking for experienced IT consultants with Oracle expertise (DB, PL/SQL, Forms, Java etc.) that will be trained in TIA. What we expect from you Your analytical skills are good and you have experience with Oracle-based business systems. You are able to communicate complex knowledge in a precise language. You have an extrovert personality and find it easy to communicate with different people in changing environments. You are good at structuring your work and you can stay on target even when the heat is on.
