AJAX/Web 2.0/PHP developers Wanted

I represent the investigation phase of the setting up of a top-expertise web development company. It may come to be located on Crimea. We are seeking for guru in web design (both the design and the coding part of it), and AJAX/JavaScript, PHP and Flash. Open source involvement, and Linux competence is appreciated.

We will naturally head for offering good rewards for performed work, and a team with great sophistication, as well as shared joy at work. Salaries will be above 900 euro (1100+ USD).

Employments are intended to take off in April - May. The team will initially be of three to four developers, and expand within a foreseeable future. Our fields of competence will also be extended.

Every year his wish for Christmas is a contribution to his new laptop, or some book on extreme programming.
