1) Embedded Software Engineer

Video/Audio Codec Development
Our company is developing core video and audio codec technology to further enhance and accelerate its suite of digital media products. With this in mind, our company is looking for s/w developers to design/implement key algorithms on custom hardware platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Embedded Software Engineer will be part of a team developing real-time, embedded application and digital processing software. This engineer is expected to become familiar with an existing code base and integrate this into new hardware platform. The position involves the creation/modification of driver s/w, management of operating system threads and processes, and the development of digital signal processing algorithms for a parallel processing environment.
The Embedded Software Engineer will follow requirements, design, code, test and integrate real-time software. Assignments will include generating required software documentation. He will respond and resolve software dependencies. In this role he will interface with hardware and software architects, team leaders and individual developers.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong 'C'' programming skills as well as hands-on hardware are required. The candidate should be comfortable at interpreting data sheets. Embedded experience under any real-time operating system is required. Familiarity with concepts such as kernel threads, processes, system calls, wait-queues and atomic/critical operations is a must. Win32 driver or operating system experience is a must. Linux experience on any CPU is very desirable. Experience with VASP-4096 parallel processing architecture is a plus. A signal/data processing background is a plus. Candidate should have on average 5-10 years of experience.
Areas of desired experience or expertise include: Experience at low-level coding of 8-bit, 16-bit and/or 32-bit Micro-controllers. Experience with software development tools such as a source level debugger or code profiler is required. Experience with Source Version Control and familiarity with any or all of the standards or architectures such as PCI/PCI-X Bus, PCI Bus Mastering devices is desirable.

2) FPGA Design Engineer

We are seeking for a key contributor in the Hardware development team creating next generation Video Products.
You’ll be in charge of developing complex large FPGAs used on High Speed boards (above 1 GHz). You must have experience with testing and supporting the bringing-up of complex boards where your FPGA is the central part.
You’ll be part of a team of FPGA and Hardware designers working closely with Software and Testing/Validation groups.
As an FPGA Design Engineer you will be expected to:
- Define the Architecture and Logical partition of the FPGA.
- Design structural blocks including interface to processors and complex ASICs. Simulate and validate them.
- Understand algorithms and their implementation for Video and Audio in Standard and High Definition broadcast signals.
- Contribute to final product configuration and capability through negotiation with team members on the costs, pros and cons of different approaches/requirements.
- Identify the steps, risks and associated planned development times to deliver robust, debugged code.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree with minimum 4 - 5 years of FPGA design experience.
- Hands-on HDL coding, preferably with Verilog
- Experienced with FPGAs/CPLDs from Xilinx and Lattice and their respective development environment.
- Strong skills in simulating and testing, preferably with ModelSim.
- Ability to write highly portable, parameterizable, modular and scalable code to allow easy portability, reusability and maintenance.
- Hardware analysis and debugging skills using standard test instruments. Analog design skills a definite asset.
- Good command of English. Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to management and to development teams. Be able to produce Architectural, Design and Test documentation.
It is desirable that the candidate has:
- Some experience with HW (Board) design and standard interfaces: PCI, I2C, JTAG etc.
- Some knowledge of C and/or some assembler language is a definite asset.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Analog and Digital Video product design.

6) PHP Web developer Timisoara

3 Years of experience in PHP & MSQL scripts and application programming
Well known spoken and written English
German language is a plus
Must be a team player
Must be able to take responsibility and act accordingly
Committed and motivated to meet deadlines
HTML, web design & Graphic basics.

7) IT Project Manager

University degree
Project Management certificate(s) or training
Experience min. 3 years in coordinating large IT projects
Experience min. 3 years in team management
Advanced knowledge of project management methodology
General finance knowledge (budget, costs analysis etc.);
Strong communication skills in English
Leadership and team coordination abilities focused on meeting the deadlines

8) Web UI Designer

Three+ years of software development (at least two focused on web applications)
Strong cross-browser html/JavaScript/DOM coding skills
Expert cross-browser CSS skills
Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio or other similar programs you are effective with
Demonstrable knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong visual design skills
Strong communication skills in English

9) Senior .Net programmer

Experience at least 3 working years as a full time programmer.
Experience in depth of Microsoft languages like DOT.NET, C++, Visual Basic.
PHP, JAVA, DELPHI scripting languages will be a pre
Fluent in English and/or in French
Database knowledge SQL and Oracle
Good documentation skills
